The 764H-061 high power laser diode mount from Newport Corporation can handle, thanks to its air cooling system, up to 61-watt thermal loads at 25-degrees C ambient temperature. The internal series of thermoelectric coolers enables fine wavelength tuning and excellent power output stabilization. This high power laser diode mount accommodates both free-space and fiber-coupled diode laser bars. The laser diodes are attached to a top copper plate which is configured with a variety of hole patterns for easy integration and/or mounting. A thermistor sensor is embedded into the top plate for feedback loop temperature control.
