Merits of the Riko’s liquid level float switches

The simple mechanism is relatively trouble-free. The compact design requires little space. The highly reliable reed switch contacts have a high repeated accuracy and long service life. No adjustment after installation is required, and little maintenance is needed. The float-type configuration accommodates non-conductive liquids. The stable design exhibits little irregularity of movement. It is lower-priced than other types.

Basic structure & How to works

A Reed Switch is set inside of the stem as indicated in the picture. “The Contacts of the Reed Switch will be activated by the Magnet, which is set inside of Float.” Inert Gas is sealed up inside of the reed switch to prevent the activation and the corrosion. The Contacts of the Reed Switch have got plated.
