The Loewe GK is designed to offer generous angular and radial misalignment compensation and at the same time resists axial motion. In an application the coupling of the series Torque size 75 had to be integrated in an axially limited space. The coupling manufacturer modified the dimension and equipped the axially-stiff coupling with shorter clamp-hubs to ensure that the coupling fits into customer’s small envelope. The size 75 with an outer diameters of 74.5mm has a torque capacity of 90Nm and provides a radial misalignment capacity of 2mm, angular of 3°.
