Optimum lubrication is the basic requirement for long bearing and chain service life. Incorrect lubrication results in damages and equipment breakdown. Available from perma-tec, perma FLEX provides reliable 24h, year round lubrication for all types of industries and applications. Supplied ready to use, it requires no assembly or special tools. The desired discharge period can be adjusted in monthly steps from, 1 to 12, and be changed at any time after activation. During longer machine down times the system can be completely turned off and can be reactivated when the need arises. Offered in two sizes (125 cm³; 117 mm high / 60 cm³; 85 mm high) for small or tight spaces, the system is flexible and can be mounted up-side-down. It performs reliably in moist and dirty areas (protection class IP 68) and in hot and cold environments (-20 to +60 °C).
