Measuring compressed air flows precisely in all conditions is the key to improving the energy efficiency of compressed air systems while reducing costs. Using state-of-the-art technology, the non-invasive FLUXUS CA ultrasonic flowmeter series from Flexim, provides the best measurement solution. The serie’s permanent or portable meters are ideally suited for carrying out energy audits, metering the consumption of compressed air, checking existing meters, detecting potential leaks, balancing plant networks as well as monitoring compressor efficieny.

No wear and contamination

By measuring from the pipe wall outside, FLUXUS CA is completely free of wear and tear and requires zero maintenance. Moreover, due to its measurement principle, there is no risk of secondary contamination of the compressed air, neither can the system by itself be a risk of potentials leaks. The series measures reliably at metal pipes down to 3bar (plastic pipes without limitation), is extremely sensitive to low flows down to 0,01 m/s and can be applied at pipes sizes from DN15 to DN250. Both the permanent or portable meters are also available as ATEX / IECEx  Zone 2 or FM Class I, Div. 2 approved variants.
