OCS Arabia, a facilities management joint venture established between Saudi‐based Zahid Group and UK‐based OCS Group, has officially launched its operations in Saudi Arabia.
Headquartered in King Abdullah Economic City with branches in Jeddah, Riyadh and Dammam, OCS Arabia delivers a comprehensive range of best in class facilities management solutions, benchmarked against the highest international standards. The company serves a wide range of sectors including aviation, healthcare, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, utilities, hospitality and education.
This joint venture illustrates Zahid Group's commitment to deliver world‐class products and services in Saudi Arabia, and OCS' desire to expand its presence in the Middle East. Combining Zahid Group's existing facilities management operation and local knowledge with OCS' global expertise, OCS Arabia is well positioned to become a market leader in the Kingdom.
The launch of OCS Arabia took place on 24 November 2015. The event was hosted by the British Consul General, His Excellency Mohammed Shokat, at the British Consulate in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Those in attendance from Zahid Group included Mr. Wafaa Zawawi, Managing Director; Mr. Amr Khashoggi, Vice President Group Affairs; and Mr. Zayd Zahid, Director Investments. Attending from OCS Group were Mr. Chris Cracknell, Chief Executive Officer; Mr. Stephen Waud, OCS Group Director; and Ms. Heather Suksem OBE, Chief Executive Officer, South Asia, South East Asia and Middle East.
