After the establishment of a subsidiary in Denmark this year, the ODU Group is further strengthening its presence on the European connector market: Effective by September, ODU Italia S.R.L. in addition to the established partner CPE from Milano is shortening the distances locally and guaranteeing optimal service for Italian customers and partners. Besides standard products, customized solutions for user-specific applications are particularly a part of the product range. In close consultation with the customer and thanks to the specialists' solidly based technical competence, customers are finding "their" custom-fitting connection solution faster than ever.
"I'm looking forward to my new assignment," says Fausto Comi, who represents ODU Italia as Regional Sales Manager after many years of experience in the branch. "With the subsidiary we are expanding the contact to our customers and partners and emphasizing the importance of the Italian market. Our objective is to gain new customers. Whether in medical, industrial or other application areas, Italy still offers a great deal of untapped potential."
With 1,500 employees, the ODU Group has a global presence and is one of the internationally leading suppliers of connector systems. In addition to Denmark and Italy, subsidiaries in China, England, France, Sweden and the USA also belong to the group in Mühldorf, Germany.
