Through their know-how and long-term collaboration with the textile industry, Bonfiglioli provides tailor-made and forward thinking integrated solutions for the textile industry, covering the entire motion drive train, including the Industry 4.0 approach. These drive solutions meet the requirements of typical textile manufacturing processes such as fiber-polluted air, high ambient temperatures, and occasional mains failure management. They include IP65 asynchronous motors, synchronous motors with high IP65 and IP67 protection, and synchronous reluctance motors up to efficiency class IE4 Super Premium.

The Italian manufacturer also delivers inverters with high overload capability, precise speed control, and robustness. The various inverter series are suitable for use in high ambient temperatures. Application-specific requirements are met by device variants with different cooling concepts and coated printed circuit boards. Moreover, Bonfiglioli offers tailored IIoT solutions to reach real time data in the textile manufacturing process such as pressure, torque, power, speed, vibration and temperature.
