ICPDAS Europe, supplier of automation technologies throughout Europe, presents PDM series, a power management system designed for Industrial Internet of Things which permits to control and monitor energy consumption in real time. PDM has an integrated LCD touch panel that allows all connected measuring devices to be monitored and their parameters to be adjusted directly on site, enabling users to get a quick overview of the power data in his systems. The logged data can be used for further statistics and analyses.

With just a few clicks and without programming, all settings can be configured on the touch panel or via web server. For seamless integration into various management systems, the PMD series supports protocols such as ModbusTCP/RTU, SNMP, FTP and MQTT. A connection to common IoT platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services or IBM Bluemix can be realized via the templates included. In addition, the PMD series supports the connection of up to 32 additional I/O modules, an IF-THEN-ELSE logic editor and alarm notifications via e-mail/SMS/SNMP trap.
