The P 26 Precision measuring center is a Klingelnberg’s P series that provides optimal measuring accuracy and reproducibility for Closed Loop processes.

 

Quality management of gearing with scope for future development


It is a machine and software concept designed as a compact unit that suits a workpiece diameter range of up to 260 mm. It can replace up to six conventional measuring methods as gear measurement, general coordinate measurement, form and position measurement, roughness measurement, contour measurement and optical measuring technology. 

 

Cycloid Measurement add-on


The cycloid measurement option enables to monitor the high production standards of robotics industry by virtue of cycloid transmissions that allow high reduction ratios and transmit forces in robot arms. It ensures continuous improvement in production quality through a combination of precision measuring centers and gear grinding machines for cycloids.
