Raytek introduces the ThermoView Pi20 process imager and DataTemp Pi software, an easy-to-use thermal imaging solution that provides an expanded view of process performance. Designed for automated monitoring and control of continuous or stationary targets, this process imager provides a real-time process view of thermal images. The camera in combination with the software offer multi-point control flexibility corresponding to areas of interest on the product with independent alarm settings. This helps reducing the heating costs by applying heat to only those areas that need it. Temperature anomalies in processes are instantly detected. Capture data show when alarm conditions occurred. Both the camera as well as the software is designed for usage in rugged industrial environments.
