The SR1V is a robust and versatile string-pot with IP67 protection for measuring up to 3m. Signal and range can be changed by the customer.The signal can be varied using four switches to 0…5V, 0…10V, -5…+5V or-10…+10V for both measurement directions, giving eight possibilities.Any range can be set beginning at 64cm. Start and end of range can be saved independently in the desired positions. As in the string pot the cable output, the connector and the mounting bracket can be mounted independently rotated by 0°, 90°, 180° or 270°. The sensor is highly accurate with a linearity of 0.5%, a repeatability of 0.1% and a resolution of 0.0003% of the full scale. It can operate at exceptionally high and low temperatures in the range of -40 ... 85 °C.
