POSIC expands the choice of code wheels for its ID1101C inductive rotary encoder kit to larger diameters. Three code wheels are now available, accommodating shaft-diameters up to 56 mm. The resolution is field-programmable from 128 up to 11'520 A quad B cycles per revolution. The profile height of the encoder + codewheel is only 2 mm and both encoder and codewheel are completely insensitivity to magnetic fields. These characteristics make the encoder kit suited for integration inside electric motors and other harsh environments where little space is available. The code wheels are part of the encoder kit and are available from stock.
