The CRG 200 is a versatile gripping module from WEISS Robotics that can be permanently monitored through the industry-standard IO-Link, which means that parameterization, control, diagnostic and adjustments on the fly can be done anytime.

Enhanced gripping force

This gripping module was improved with a 200 N gripping force and a stroke of 85 millimeters which enables application for a wide range of tasks. The responsive gripping part detection makes the employ of external sensors useless. The CRG 200 is equipped with a gripping force retention function that prevents the unit from losing its grip by permanently maintaining the last gripping force set. Likewise, the control system is automatically alerted if the unit loses its grip on a workpiece.
