With MATCH CONTROL, WACHENDORFF Prozesstechnik expands its MATCH product line with a specialised platform for industrial panel PCs that integrates control and operation functions within a single system. The solutions are aimed at machine and plant manufacturers as well as operators of industrial production facilities requiring compact, robust and flexible HMI solutions.
The series combines panel PCs with control elements for efficient HMI concepts in machine and plant engineering. The panel PCs integrate high-performance computing technology with physical control elements such as push-buttons, switches or emergency stop functions. The available display sizes are between 15,0 and 21,5" with TFT-LCD, they offer projected capacitive touchscreens and Intel CPUs from Celeron J6412 to Intel® Core i5 11. Generation, with up to 64 GB DDR4. The interfaces delivered are 4 × USB3.0/2.0/1.0 and 2 x RS232/485 (optional), 2 x 3-pin Phoenix connectors, additionally 2 x Intel 1000Mbps Ethernet, optional upgrade to 4 x Intel 1000Mbps Ethernet.
Multiple integration options
The systems are designed for industrial environments and are suitable for direct installation on machines or support arm systems through their anodized aluminium housing and fanless cooling. The various display sizes and form factors enable precise integration. The modular control elements offer a variety of options: illuminated push-buttons, selector switches, emergency stop and more. There is a maximum of nine integrable features for the 21.5" size. The units can operate from 0 °C to +50 °C and in humidity between 5 to 95 % at 40 °C (non-condensing). The shock resistance during operation is 10 g peak acceleration (duration 11 ms), in accordance with IEC 60068-2-27.
