36mm Linear Actuator

Available with an integrated adapter plate, Haydon Kerk Motion Solutions’ new version of its popular 36mm G4 linear actuator allows users to easily replace existing 42 and 46mm units by using the same bolt pattern and pilot surface. This substitution allows for smaller linear actuator body, which is especially important when space is a premium, and a lower cost system, compared with the larger-size units. Force output range is from 70 to 260N. Use of optimized teeth geometry along with high-energy neodymium magnets results in a higher continuous force output in a small package. With 20% higher output force across the entire speed range compared with other designs of similar size, the actuator incorporates the latest custom-engineered plastics and larger bearings for greater rotor support and higher axial load capability. It is ideal for a wide range of applications, including medical equipment, bar code scanning devices, printing equipment, laboratory instrumentation and other mechanisms that require high force in a small package. The actuator is available in three configurations: captive, non-captive, and external linear.
