Tagarno, a manufacturer of digital microscopes used for visual inspection and quality control provides high-definition cameras that analyze and capture objects in excellent image quality. In order to help identify miniature PCB components during quality control, they launched the DXF Overlay app. This app uses a search feature to enable the user to easily identify components and spot deviations from a golden sample. 

An improving app to find a specific component immediately

The operator can import DXF files to its Tagarno digital microscope. Then, the file will appear as an overlay and an overview shows where the overlay is positioned in the field of view. Consequently, the users always know what area of the PCB they are looking at and they can find a specific component immediately. In addition, the overlay follows the magnification levels of the microscope, to perform visual inspection at any magnification level. Last, the app can be tried for free for 30 days.
