Coaxial Optic Sensors

Datalogic Automation launches its S3Z model sensors, using advanced optic functions for transparent detection. These sensors offer a coaxial optic path in a retro-reflex polarized function, allowing an operating distance of up to 2 meters. All models are available with a metal M8 connector or with 2 meters of cable and with a sensibility adjustment trimmer. They are also available in PNP or NPN outputs and DARK functioning mode. The coaxial optic guarantees excellent reading performances on transparent materials like PET bottles, plastic films or glass. It also permits to fix the sensors both horizontally and vertically and to eliminate the blind zone problem.
