Developed in accordance with the Pressure Equipment Directive (97/23/EC), CILS has launched a new high-performance, computer printable label for hydraulic hoses. Having supplied hundreds of offshore manufacturers including Cameron Offshore Systems, CILS-91000TK labels use a high-visibility colour-coded system to indicate when each hose was last inspected and when the next check is due. Featuring a high-spec CILS computer printable surface coating, variable data (inspection dates, part numbers, etc) are printable 'on-site, on-demand' using a standard PC and Laser or Thermal Transfer printer, allowing end-users to immediately label and identify hoses on inspection. Technically developed for hydraulic hoses, cables/wires and pipes for processing plants, offshore rigs and other harsh industrial environments, the labels feature a clear over-laminating wrap- around tail. Once applied the tail seals and protects printed variable data against extreme temperatures (+155ºC), hydraulic fluids, solvents, oils/grease, fuels, severe abrasion, weathering and many more.
