According to the ISO/IEC 11801 standard, the Y-ConPlug CAT6A offered by Yamaichi Electronics is a RJ45 cable connector that can support 10 Gigabit signal transmission. Like all Yamaichi products, it is RoHS compliant.
Connector with a tested life which is more than 1,000 mating cycles
The RJ45 cable connector is designed with integrated cable guide, EMC shielding made of nickel-plated brass and a rectangular cable crimp that prevents cable rotation. The tested life is more than 1,000 mating cycles and the operating temperatures range from -40°C to +120°C for extreme operating conditions in the field or the plant.
Connector with a cover made of high-grade material
Within the Y-ConRJ45 series, this component can additionally be protected against external mechanical environmental influences according to the protection classes IP69K, IP68, IP67 and IP20. Reliable protective covers made of high-grade materials such as PBT or zinc die-cast are part of the series. This gives the customer the flexibility to choose the right component for different applications.
