Via GMI, a company within the 3M Personal Safety Division, 3M announces the enhancement of the PS200 multi-gas detection instrument which is their most popular multi-gas detector. Thus, the PS200 will feature some improvements such as a powerful new datalogging capacity which will allow customers to capture the relevant calibration and session data over a 6-month period. Consequently, it will enhance customers' access to relevant data whilst making quicker decisions.

Includes user experience upgrades: quick configuration display, configurable confidence signals and more

In a second time, it will feature a new quick-press field calibration mode that saves time by simplifying the field calibration process. The users will be able to visualize their short-term and long-term exposures to Carbon Monoxide (CO) and Hydrogen Sulphide (H2S) in order to determine current exposure rates. The PS200 is suitable for measurement over any combination of LEL, Oxygen, Carbon Monoxide and Hydrogen Sulphide. Last, it is available with an optional internal pump and an extensive range of accessories.
