Master Bond's EP21ARHT two component epoxy system resists fuels, acids and agressive chemicals, making it ideal for coating and lining storage tanks, piping, scrubbers and process equipment in the chemical industry. This epoxy withstands immersion for over a year to 96-98% sulfuric acid and 20% hydrochloric acid. It cures at room temperature with minimal shrinkage and with bond strength greater than 2,200 psi. It can be thermally cycled over the wide temperature range of -60ºF to +400ºF. It has good electrical insulation capabilities with a dielectric strength of 440 volts/mil and a low coefficient of thermal expansion of 40-45x10-6 in/in/ºC.
