The ix Industrial®, designed and supplied by the HARTING Technology Group, has been recognized as an “Innovative Product Award” at the 2019 Industrial Automation Show that took place in Shanghai, China. The award was handed out by MM Maschinenmarkt, a specialized magazine dedicated to the industry part of the Vogel Communications Group, whose headquarters are located in Würzburg, Germany.

The ix Industrial® combines ruggeddness and outstanding performance in a miniaturized and compact device that acts as an Ethernet interface in industrial communications. Moreover, it is a connector that also ensures Cat. 6A Performance for 1/10 Gbit/s Ethernet on the control level.
