Turck's RI-sensors are inductive angle sensors that allow contactless angle measurement by using an inductive resonant circuit. This makes the sensor insensitive for magnetic fields. These sensors have a measurement range of 360° at an accuracy of 0,15 percent of the final value. They can easily be installed thanks to the separate construction of the sensor unit and the locator and the offset compensation of 4mm. The locator can be mounted flexibly onto solid- or hollow shafts. The contactless measurement principle guarantees a high linearity and compensates bearing tolerances. These sensors have a high interference resistance, a solid case and an infinite mechanical life-span. 0…10V-, 4…20mA-, 0,5…4,5V and SSI-interfaces are available.
