iVu series image sensors

The iVu seriesTG Image Sensor features a 68.5mm LCD touch screen with an intuitive interface and easily configurable inspection parameters. This allows users to quickly and conveniently apply and support inspections right on the factory floor, without the use of a PC. The iVu offers three advanced sensor types in one compact, rugged package, making it possible to solve a wide variety of complex applications with one sensor. The iVu sensor sport integrated or external lighting (red, blue, green or infrared). A software emulator lets you program the iVU offline and load parameters using a USB drive and the onboard USB port. Typical applications include label inspection, part presence and orientation, date/lot code inspection, packaging verification, blister pack inspection and drilled hole inspection. The sensor sports onboard help functions, adjustable focus lenses and inspection/system logging for rapid analysis.
