Micron+ DUPLA is a large meter designed to meet the high- adhesive demand of sectors such as mattresses or product assembly.
It is equiped with a 45L tank capacity and two pumps that can operate separately or simultaneously depending on the customer’s needs. Micron + Dupla adapts by creating two independent circuits of up to 100kg/h of pumping power. If the production line requires a maximum adhesive flow, the melter is configured to offer a flow rate of up to 200 kg/h.
This versatility is enhanced by the possibility of connecting up to 8 hydraulic outlets.
This melter is also designed with full accessibility to facilitate daily maintenance and cleaning tasks.
