Schubert North America recently implemented a training programme aimed at the acquisition of technical skills and at the improvement of line availability.
Either on site or remotely, Schubert North America’s facilities support manufactures in the US, Canada and Mexico and respond to their needs for TLM packaging machines, from machine installation, inspection and maintenance to modifications.
Delivering even better service
The training programmes, spanning across four to eight weeks, will take place at Schubert’s headquarters in Germany where the service engineers will attend seminars and certified industry-specific courses in safety and GMP subjects. Additionally, experienced field technicians will share their best practices and insights with the trainees. Partnerships with local universities and colleges will further enrich the trainees’ experience.
