The ready2_rivet is the latest addition to the ready2_use packages from Kuka AG, in collaboration with Böllhoff, a leading manufacturer and distributor of fasteners and assembly systems. It is a self-pierce riveting package that suits BIW production and general industry. 


Adapted to new requirements at any time


As an automated, flexible and preconfigured solution that seamlessly integrate into existing production environments, the ready2_rivet enhances the productivity and efficiency. The parameterization of the rivet gun can be processed via the Kuka smartPAD. The solution combines the robot controller and process controller in a single control cabinet. In addition, it has a “Process done” monitoring function that allows detection and rectification of faults.
