The D10 Expert Small Object Counter by Banner is suited for applications like: pills, seeds, process verifi cation or product fl ow. It consists of a D10 Expert sensor paired with preconfi gured PFVCA fi ber optic arrays, creating a twodimensional sensing fi eld. This arrangement makes alignment easy and object positioning control less critical, assuring reliable, consistent small object counting with response times as fast as 150 microseconds. The device offers three major features: Dynamic Event Stretcher (DES), Automatic Compensation and Health Mode Alarm.
