Master Bond's EP21HT-1 is a two component epoxy adhesive that cures at room temperature, with a 1 to 1 mix ratio by weight or volume. This solvent and volatile free adhesive is 100% reactive and bonds well to metals, glass, ceramics, wood, rubber and plastic. It has a service operating temperature range of -60°F to 400°F and withstands exposure to thermal cycling and chemicals such as water, oils, fuels, acids, bases and salts. Its volume resistivity is >1014 ohm-cm. It has a Shore D hardness of >70 and coefficient of thermal expansion of 50 in/in x 10-6/°C.
