Leine & Linde launches a new model of absolute encoders. The inductive 600 series is based on special technology developed to increase the encoder's durability in demanding environments. Thanks to the inductive scanning method, the series is the most robust Ø58-mm encoder on the market. The technology increases resistance to vibrations at the same time that the design provides extra space for robust bearings that increase operational service life. The series includes absolute encoders that can position single or multiturn movements. It is equally suitable for use in industrial automation as in demanding environments. The encoders communicate via the serial interfaces SSI and EnDat, or with advanced fieldbus interfaces such as PROFIBUS, PROFINET, CANopen or DeviceNet.
