Attachable Heatsinks

The FK 252 series of attachable heatsinks from Fischer Elektronik, uses base plates which are only 0.5 mm thick. Their reduced base plate thickness perfectly complies with the requirements of semiconductor manufacturers. These heatsinks are easily attached by being pushed onto the TO220 housing. Integral retaining clips keep the component in place and ensure good heat transfer from the component to the heatsink. The FK 252 series is available in four different versions, namely for vertical installation using two soldering pins with different lengths, for horizontal soldering and for installation without a soldering pin.
