ICP Deutschland released the TANK-870E9175, an industrial embedded system with five display ports specifications. This system provides a balanced performance per watt with its AMD Radeon E9175 extension. The AMD graphics unit offers five mini display port connections with a maximum power consumption of 35 watts. Five independent displays can be operated simultaneously with 4K resolution. Provided in two variants (with Intel® Skylake CoreTM i7 or i5 processor and supports a maximum of 64GB RAM on two DDR4 SO-DIMM banks), the embedded system offers four USB 3.0, four USB 2.0, four RS-232 with overvoltage protection up to 2.5KV, two RS-232/422/485 each, two GbE LAN as well as an 8-bit digital I/O interface.
Moreover, the TANK-870E9175 has expansion options via PCI as well as half-size and full-size Mini PCIe slots. The two internal 2.5" SATA 6Gb/s mounting frames and the RAID functionality deliver additional redundancy for the protection of sensitive data. The system remains compact (256x122x213mm) and can be easily installed with the included wall brackets. The TANK-870E9175 works reliably in a voltage range from 9 to 36 VDC. Equipped as standard with Windows 10 IoT 2019 LTSC, it is designed as a ready-to-use system for industrial image processing thanks to coordinated components and immediate readiness for use.
