The new viewLinc 5.1 enterprise server software from Vaisala brings seamless interoperability and extended device integration to GxP-regulated and other critical applications. Used in continuous monitoring in life science, this monitoring system ensures product quality in pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturing, biotechnology, distribution, semi-conductor manufacturing and healthcare.

The operability with other systems is improved, as well as the integration of a wider range of devices and more flexible alarming. It also includes direct Modbus connectivity. This latest version comprises options for Open Platform Communications - Universal Architecture (OPC UA) and an Application Programming Interface (API) to allow third-party systems to access data directly from viewLinc’s database.
