Intellingent Axis Controllers

The IAC-R and IAC-P integrated axis controller series by Rexroth combine intelligent control electronics with reliable hydraulic drive units. The field-bus-capable axis controllers use decentralized intelligence to reduce the load on the higher-level control system. Far less wiring work speeds up their commissioning. They can be used in both open-loop and closed-loop operation. The IAC-R valve offers position, pQ and force control functionalities, change-over control and the DIN 66025 compliant NC functionality adapted for hydraulic applications. The IAC-P valve features an integrated digital controller with open-loop and closed-loop control algorithms for pressure, differential pressure and volume flow control.
