Based on the triangulation method, di-soric's LHT 81 series laser diffuse sensors with background suppression can be used in extremely critical applications. The 6-turn adjustment allows precise setting of the mechanically adjustable lens, which is integrated in a robust metal vibration-proof housing. The optical background suppression allows reliable detection of small objects with poor reflection properties at up to 400mm The laser pint is protected and facilitates alignment. The laser transmitter is set for high ambient light immunity and yet achieves switching frequencies of up to 1000 Hz. The series is equipped with two push-pull power stages (PNP + NPN) and is optionally available with a contamination output.
