New to Nippon Pulse's motion control product family is the Hygienic Green Drive, a stainless steel linear actuator suitable for integration into food grade applications as well as applications in clean room environments. The Hygienic Green Drive is available in two different model sizes, a 16mm shaft diameter and a 25mm shaft diameter. Available with a variety of coil windings, the product features rated forces between 8.4 and 96.1N, acceleration forces (peak force) ranging from 33.7 and 384.5N, and rated currents between 0.53 and 1.85A. The actuator has an IP69K rating and is good for harsh and washdown environments. It features FDA food grade certified guides. The divice offers built-in feedback electronics, including position sensors, interpolation electronics, and temperature sensors.
