Procentec is all set to share its practical solutions to prevent costly downtime. Following their successful online event in 2020, Procentec will once again be hosting a Virtual Product Launch. During this 3-day event, it will be showcasing more than the automation solutions for which it’s well known.

“It’s going to be a fun and informative event,” says CEO Pieter Barendrecht. “This time last year thousands of visitors attended our Virtual Product Launch. We were amazed and delighted with the response.”

During the height of the pandemic, the company chose to unveil its new collection via a digital fair stand. Visitors were treated to not only expert product demos but also live expert interviews, a Lego session stream, a live DJ booth and a cocktail bar.

The real-time digital-meets-physical experience was extremely positive for all involved. Therefore, running a virtual platform alongside a physical stand at SPS 2021 was a no-brainer. However, plans to attend the exhibition for the automation industry have fallen through at the last minute.

“We were going to present our new Corporate Image at SPS 2021”, adds Barendrecht, “and we had a unique experience lined up for our visitors. But you know what they say about even the best-laid plans. Still, now we can tease our customers for just a little longer until hopefully Hannover Messe 2022.”

“We were really looking forward to reconnecting with our loyal customers in person, so withdrawing from SPS 2021 wasn’t an easy decision to make. But the current situation with COVID-19 has forced our hand. We’ve had to transition super-fast to a full-blown online product launch with all the bells and whistles. And true to Procentec’s culture, it will be a blast.”

In addition to innovations such as SNAP, Security License and Atlas2 Plus, the developer will be demonstrating several new hardware and software features. All are designed to make a field technician’s life easier when it comes to maintaining and troubleshooting industrial networks.

Will also be featured PROFINET and Ethernet/IP Ring topology presentations, delivered by their experts. During these presentations we will talk about how to design a ring topology network, and how to monitor and troubleshoot ring topology networks using Procentec’s Osiris software and its latest features. You will also participate in our roundtable discussion with Industrial automation expert AND author of the book Catching the process fieldbus, James Powell.

If you’d like to see Procentec’s solutions for preventing network downtime, you can register for the online event. It’s free to attend, and it runs from 23-25 November. Just go to releases.procentec.com and sign up.
