Securely sending and receiving data via the mobile communications network is the primary function for WAGO's new 750-8207 PFC200 controller, which carries a 3G modem and a standard Mini SIM card. The controller also provides wireless GPRS Internet connectivity and allows bidirectional communication via SMS. It features two ETHERNET ports and an RS-232/RS-485 interface for seamless network integration. An integrated Webserver provides the user with online configuration options and status information anywhere he or she happens to be.

In addition to a standard version, WAGO's PFC200 is also available in a variant with an extended temperature operating range of -20 °C to +60 °C, as well as a telecontrol variant. The PFC200 telecontrollers support the following protocols: IEC 60870-5-101, -103 and -104, IEC 61850, IEC 61400-25, as well as DNP3. The PFC200 telecontrol variants are also compatible with both IPsec and OpenVPN protocols, keeping them completely in line with the highest security standards.
