A new feature in moneo IIoT platform from ifm is the assistance system moneo Assistant.
It combines knowledge from various sources, automatically identifies connections and provides the required information within seconds. This powerful assistance system is based on state-of-the-art Large Language Model (LLM) technology and is integrated directly into the moneo IIoT Core. It supports users in their daily work by answering questions, explaining features, guiding them through complex processes and presenting information in a clear and easy-to-understand way.
The moneo Assistant not only understands natural‑language queries, but also takes relevant context into account, recognises previous user actions, derives meaningful connections and, where required, can carry out specific actions directly within the system. This enables a genuine dialogue that goes far beyond a simple question-and-answer interaction.
