Before crimping, it is necessary to pre-assemble the fitting on the hose.
This operation must be done carefully , making sure that the fitting is well positioned in order to avoid any rupture.
INSERT 03/P and INSERT 02/P are OP's answers to make this operation easier: thanks to the ease of use, they allow a perfect pre-assembling of straight and curved fittings on hoses before crimping.
INSERT 03/P is used for hoses up to 3"; INSERT 02/P for hoses up to 2". Both machines work pneumatically and they are complete with front tools-holder.
For both models it is possible to adjust the cylinder stroke.
The model 03/P is different from 02/P as it also allows to adjust the self-centering vice locking pressure - so the fitting is perfectly positioned on the hose - and the automatic return.
