ifm electronic's TP temperature plug offers an alternative to conventional head transmitters. This temperature plug is a Pt100 / Pt1000 measured signal converter that provides analogue values (4...20 mA). Its two standardized M12 connections considerably reduce complex mounting. The transmitter features a measuring range that is scalable from -50...300 °C via IO-Link. The green status LED signals the operating status. Full potting of the housing ensures high vibration resistance of 20 g (10...2000 Hz) and prevents penetration of moisture. This is proven by protection rating IP 67. Thanks to its small size and the 4-wire evaluation, the TP temperature plug can be installed in a safe location via a connection cable.
