The Chainflex CFLG.2LB is a fibre optic cable from igus GmbH, designed for small bending radii of 5xd or only 40 mm, at a high number of cycles without loss of data. This fibre optic bus cable reduces the bending radii by more than 50% of standard bus cables and by more than 65% of two-core fibreglass cables. These special fibre optic cables have a highly abrasion-free and oil-resistant TPE outer jacket compound which protects them against mechanical and environmental damage. They are suitable for temparature ranges between -40°C and +60°C and allow higher data rates, smaller radii, longer cable lengths and better EMC safety.
