A full range of mechanical safety devices, electronic safety products, and mechanical control devices protect machinery from potentially damaging mechanical and electrical overload. The SAFCON range encompasses a wide range of torque limiters, torque guards, torque keepers and electronic shock monitoring devices.

Within the mechanical safety devices range, the Torque Guard is a ball and detent mechanical device that offers instant and complete disengagement, with accurate and consistent torque setting. It is suited for more sophisticated equipment that may be prone to jams, and where users need a consistent and reliable trip point with quick resetting and little or no backlash.

The Torque Limiter is a simple and inexpensive mechanical device. Easy to install, it attaches to a shaft and holds the drive or driven sprocket, gear or sheave. It reacts instantly to an overload by slipping and absorbing the force, preventing damage to the equipment. It offers long life, consistent performance, and its specially formulated friction materials extend the operating life and improve repeatability of the slip point.

Our main products are industrial drive chains, attachment chains and large size conveyor chains. Related products such as cam clutches, sprockets, shaft couplings, safety devices, toothed belts & pulleys compliment the program. In the new and modern workshop in Dordrecht, standard attachment chains can be assembled as ready-to use items, thus saving customers time and achieving highest quality. In case of special needs it is possible to manufacture chains completely to order.

Tsubakimoto Europe B.V. serves the Pan-European market, Africa and the Middle East. Our headquarters are located in Dordrecht, the Netherlands, serving Power Transmission customers. Our subsidiary located in Nottingham, United Kingdom, houses an additional office and warehouse supporting the Power Transmission market in the UK & Ireland. Tsubaki also has a German subsidiary in Gilching.

The Tsubaki Group includes 28 production locations and 22 group companies worldwide. Our production and sales networks are now more developed than ever.
