A high-performance, fail-safe 4-channel digitalinput and 1-channel digital output module (75x-666) joins Wago's PROFIsafe I/O modules withiPar functionality. This safety module supports bothV1 (PROFIBUS) and V2 (PROFIBUS, PROFINET) PROFIsafe protocols. It has a configurable, failsafe output featuring two semiconductor switches(24V/10A) and four clock-sensitive inputs. The inputs connect potential-free, emergency-off switches with contacts, protection door switches, mode selectors, as well as safety sensors and semiconductor outputs (e.g., light barriers, PLC outputs). Sensors are directly connected via 24V or differently clocked outputs (e.g., T1, T2) to the module's inputs (e.g., I1, I2).
