Polymer slewing rings from igus are ready-to-fit solutions that require no lubrication or maintenance and have been designed to replace ball-bearing type rotary tables or systems. These slewing rings can be used in a wide variety of applications, usually pivoting. The tough yet light iglidur PRT slewing ring bearings are corrosion-free. The gliding elements are made of the tribo-optimized special material iglidur J. All the housing parts are made of aluminium (V4A stainless steel versions are also available), the counterfaces of the iglidur gliding elements are hard-anodized. All connecting screws are made of stainless steel.
