Automation, Industry 4.0

Control and I/O System
Control and I/O System

At the SPS IPC Drives 2016 SIGMATEK will present automation technology under the motto "Simply 4.0" that is in step with the times: slim, flexible and safe system solutions, which simplify the path to Smart Factory for machine and system manufacturers.

Consistently expanded, is the control and I/O system that scores with compactness, flexibility and robustness. Within a module size of only 12.5 x 104 x 74 mm, up to 20 channels are integrated. The user finds the right CPU, I/O, Safety, motion or function module in thin format for any automation task and achieves more performance over less control cabinet space. New in the portfolio are dual-core CPUs, function modules for temperature, resistance and absolute pressure measurement, as well as a Mini-Safety system within a control cabinet width of only 25 mm. With S-DIAS, Industry 4.0 applications can be modularly and flexibly implemented.

Flexible human-machine interfaces are the alpha and omega for intelligent machine and systemconcepts. With the TT 1533, a 15-inch multi-touch panel for a swing arm mount and the wireless WLAN handheld panel HGW 1031 with a 10.4" color touch screen, SIGMATEK presents two new operating panels that guarantee high user freedom and can be implemented in all industrial branches.
