AMM31 is the first of a new generation of optical kit encoders designed by Lika Electronic. Its high performance is explained by its large through hollow shaft, its simple mounting and a broad choice of incremental and absolute interface options. The frameless AMM31 has an external diameter shrunk down in size to 31mm/1.22” and its through hollow shaft is enlarged up to 10mm/0.394”. The very wide mounting tolerances enable for simple and fast installation.

No need for any configuration software

AMM31 can be equipped with a wide selection of both incremental and absolute interfaces: incremental AB0/AB0, UVW for commutation, 1Vpp Sine/Cosine, SSI, BiSS, SPI. Absolute versions can be singleturn and multiturn. Singleturn resolution is up to 23 bits, revolutions are 65,536. This optical kit encoder is ideally suited for direct integration into motors, robotic joints, surgical and diagnostic robots, confined-space and weight-sensitive applications.
