Mbo Osswald is extending its online platform with a new customer services focus, that combines customers specific information, industry experience, quality and service on the platform. The platform offers live tracking for all items from raw materials planning order to the parcel service and finally the arrival to the customers. Furthermore, they provide the possibility for the customers to split orders, change the date of delivery or increase item’s quantities.

Customers can always control their orders through a tracking code. Finally, in their linking technology sector, an available link named 'Compatible accessories' gives direct access to possible underlying parts. The accessories are displayed in a structured way with quantity dependent information about prices and delivery times with a quick way to order those items. The possible items to order could be clevises, clevis joints, bolts, retainers, angle joints, ball sockets, ball studs, axial joints, rod ends, pivoting bearings, knuckle eyes, cardan joints or machine elements, with the possibility for customers to give a direct feedback on the platform.
