Suitable for eddy current displacement measurement, Micro Epsilon's eddyNCDT 3100 features a smart sensor auto calibration system that automatically downloads all calibration data from the connected eddy sensor. All calibration data for both ferrous (St37) and non-ferrous targets are pre-stored in the sensor. Using a push-button, 3-point linearization, user-specific target materials can also be measured. An Ethernet connection allow configuration via a web browser without any additional software. Housed in a compact, robust, IP67 sealed, aluminum case, the controller has 4-20mA, 0-10V, ±5V analog outputs and built in hardware. Built-in status LEDs provide automatic status updates and fault diagnostics.
